RAYS Construction & Development Company Ltd (RCDC) is national profit seeking limited `company officially registered at the General Attorney Office of the State and Ministry of Public Work and Housing Registration No.XIG/JLS/77/2003 and No. 254 17/7/2003 respectively. In addition, RCD possess relevant municipality commercial license. All company legal documents are valid.

3. Background:

Rays Construction and Development Company Ltd (RCDC) is an innovative Limited Construction Company officially registered in Somaliland. Company has been operating in Somaliland since 2003, RCDC is specialized in construction development and engineering services include but not limited to public and private infrastructure construction, building structures. We are committed to provide wide range of services and ideas for construction businesses. RCDC has made exceptional achievement been working with public and private

To deliver professional services to our clients and customers, facilitate advanced cost effective technology in infrastructure development services in Somaliland. 5.1.1. RCDC Staff:

RCDC staff comprises professional experienced staff in the area of administrative and accounts function, technical operation and marketing services. There are three departments of Admin/finance, Technical, and operation department. Each department is headed by Admin/finance officer, technical officer and operation officer all three officers are answerable to the General Manager.

5.2.1. Administrative and Accounts:

This department is responsible to perform all administrative service support to operation department, logistics and supply chain management for all construction materials. There are clear roles and responsibilities among individuals. RCDC accounts provide reliable current information on all financial matters.

All funds are deposited into Bank Account # D4524 at Dahabshiil, cash withdraws are done according to financial policy. Financial management functions have adequate fluid human resource namely 1 Accountant and 1 cashier; based on the scope of work, personnel have full competencies and standard capacities. There are complete procedures of financial management.

5.2.2. Technical & Operation Department:

Department is headed by an officer, who is professional structural engineer. Department is responsible to design all structural designs based on the demands and contracts specifications, service implementation, supervision and quality assistance of all business of the Company.

5.2.3. Marketing Department:

Department is headed by experienced marketing officer who is responsible for the maximization of company’s day-to-day business, maintenance of effective public relations activities and promotion of Company’s image in the area of construction services.

6. RCDC Core Services:

RCDC is specialized and innovative in construction and structural engineering services across the country. We employ today’s modern structural engineering and technology. Company is operating in all 6 regions of Somaliland, construction products are scattered across. Our core services focus public and private construction services include but not limited to the following:

· Constructions of Schools, Hospitals, MHCs, Public markets and other public infrastructures.

· Constructions of private business centers, Offices, Living villas and bungalow structures.

· Water sources infrastructure such as community water reservoirs, pore holes drilling, shallow wells and Berkads.

6.1. Our approach & methodology:

Company has fundamental principles in all service delivery process, we are service oriented, services are done through theoretical and practical approach, our expertise have competency to analyze, understand and execute at each task include implementations, controls and results.

The entire process of service delivery goes mandatory stages of systematic steps. All technical and administrative staff attends orientation session relevant to each service of our clients and customers, methodologies techniques include but not limited to:
